Must Know
- Pass validity: 270 days from purchase to first use. After first scan at any facility, pass remains valid for 7 consecutive days.
- Facility usage: One-time entry per facility; no re-entry. Unused facilities are non-refundable.
- HARUKA exchange: Show the e-ticket QR code to obtain a physical train ticket. After exchange, date/train changes and refunds are not possible.
- Service windows: KIX Station 05:30–23:00; Osaka/Shin-Osaka 05:30–23:30 (subject to station operations).
- If a reserved car is crowded, you may use an unreserved seat.
