Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue.
You may still need to wait in line to enter the castle during peak seasons.
The castle is wheelchair and stroller-accessible. However, if the castle gets too crowded on the day, strollers will not be allowed to enter in peak seasons. In this case, please store your stroller at the tourist centre.
Guests can deposit their belongings at the entrance ticket counter at a fee of JPY100 per piece. Available from 9:00AM - 4:30PM only (last call for pick up: 5:00PM).
