Along the way, you’ll visit a donkey farm to meet these gentle animals up close, then reach a traditional family-run craft flour mill to discover the process from grain to flour. At the mill, an Apulian aperitivo is planned, with focaccia, friselle, taralli, and a glass of wine, paid locally (€10 per person).
