Luggage
- Maximum luggage: two 28-inch and two 24-inch suitcases.
- If there are fewer passengers than the seat limit, you can bring some extra luggage.
- If you carry excessive luggage or large valuable items (for example, when moving house, attending an exhibition, or carrying fine paintings or photography equipment), a cargo fee applies.
Airport Pickups
- If your pickup point is Shenzhen Airport or Hong Kong Airport, enter your flight's landing time as the pickup time, and add your flight number and whether you have checked baggage in the remarks.
- If you choose the name-sign meet and greet, the driver will wait in the airport arrival hall holding a sign with your name.
Extra Charges
- Additional stops: each stop added to the direct route costs RMB 100.
- Waiting time: 30 minutes free at pickup, 15 minutes free at each additional stop, and 90 minutes free after your flight reaches the gate. Extra waiting is charged at RMB 200 per hour.

Driver was on time. Drove a bit slow but friendly. Talked though out the whole ride. Haha… gave me a good understanding of HK livelihood.
Punctual, smooth and comfortable trip
It was a great experience from start to finish. We were given clear and precise instructions on where to meet the driver, which made the pickup process very easy. The driver arrived at the pickup location just a few minutes after we collected our luggage. Overall, it was a smooth, efficient service and a great experience. I would happily use them again.
