(1) The price is the same for adults, children, and infants who do not occupy a separate seat.

(2) Seat selection is not available in advance. Seats will be assigned by the organizer on the day of the event.

【The Stage Magnolia Observation Deck】

• Ticket Requirements:
  Senior Ticket: Aged 60 and above (valid ID required)
  Student Ticket: Full-time undergraduate students and below (valid student ID required)
  Free Admission: Children aged 4 and under (valid ID required)

(1) Tickets are valid for single-day, single-session entry only. For the 20:00-22:00 session, the last entry time is 21:15; please plan your visit accordingly.

(2) After redeeming your ticket and becoming a member of Shanghai Magnolia Plaza, you can present the points voucher provided by the observation deck at the LG1 service desk to register points and enjoy the plaza's point and free parking policies.

(3) After purchasing any ticket type, you can use the mobile number used for the purchase to obtain a 1-hour free storage voucher at the self-service storage area on the LG1 floor.

(4) The Stage Magnolia Observation Deck is a 360° open-air deck located at a height of 320 meters. For your safety and the safety of others, dangerous behaviors such as extending items over the railing, running, or climbing/leaning on the glass fence are strictly prohibited. Occupying viewing areas for extended periods during peak hours or other uncivilized behavior is prohibited and may be subject to legal action. Commercial photography, audio recording, and interviews are prohibited.

(5) For health reasons, those with acrophobia, high blood pressure, epilepsy, or heart conditions should exercise caution when purchasing tickets. Minors under 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times to ensure safety.

(6) To ensure customer safety, the service provider reserves the right to close the observation deck without prior notice in the event of emergencies, particularly force majeure such as strong winds, rain, snow, approaching thunderstorms, hail, photochemical smog, or extreme heat.

(7) Prohibited items include: professional cameras, lighting equipment, tripods, megaphones, walkie-talkies, handbags, backpacks, large luggage, camping gear (tents, folding chairs, mats), food or drinks, drones, balloons, kites, and other flying objects. Pets are not allowed (except for guide dogs/service dogs). Dangerous items such as explosives or ammunition are prohibited. Note: Staff and security will inspect your personal belongings upon entry; please cooperate.
