Please collect your pass at the ticket center on the 1st floor of Tsutenkaku.
How to use the riding pass:
Scratch off the year, month, and date of your trip once, and show the pass to a staff member.
Please note: If you scratch off more than one section for the year, month, or date, the pass will become invalid.

・Entry may be delayed depending on crowd levels.
・The special outdoor observation deck may be closed without notice in case of inclement weather such as heavy rain, strong winds, or dense fog.
・For safety reasons, the use of umbrellas and parasols is not permitted on the special outdoor observation deck.
・In the event of temporary closure due to inclement weather, your ticket can be exchanged for a discount coupon redeemable at the on-site shop or cafe.
・Please note that refunds in cash or by credit card are not available. Thank you for your understanding.
・As access to the special outdoor deck involves stairs, visitors who have difficulty using stairs are kindly asked to refrain from entering.
・For safety reasons, bringing large bags or certain items may be restricted.
・Food, drinks, flammable items, etc., are not permitted inside.
・Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the tower. There is no designated smoking area.
・Please refrain from using tripods, monopods, or similar equipment when taking photographs.
・Entry may be denied if management determines it is unsafe.
