It was easy and convenient. Takes about 15-20 minutes to Hakata Station from Fukuoka Airport. Cheap too. Once you clear customs, just look out for Door 8 and 9.
Very convenient. If you staying near Hakata Station, this is probably the cheapest and best mode of transport. Taking the train from Fukuoka Airport to Hakata might be a hassle, especially if you have got big luggages. Both to and fro is so easy.

Easy to use, no need to exchange physical ticket. Just need to log into the website and show the driver the screen to show its activate (1 hour window).
Very easy to activate the tickets.
We booked the direct airport bus transfer. Booking through Pelago was easy & convenient. However redeeming the voucher was tricky, as paper voucher was not accepted. Having to show the eticket was a disaster for us because the link provided was not accessible. So we ended up purchaseling the necessary tickets to proceed. We hope to get the refund from Pelago as the voucher is still valid. Thanks.
