- Monday to Sunday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Bookings are essential to participate.
- Arrival is required 15 minutes before your session begins.
- Each participant must fill out an e-waiver form, which can be completed onsite.
- Please see the handy tips for your adventure attached to your booking voucher.
- Weight Limit: 120kg.
- Pregnant women are unable to participate.
- Participants should have an average to moderate level of fitness.
- Individuals with pre-existing medical conditions should seek medical advice before booking.
- Juniors (3–7 years): An adult supervising from the ground is required (1:10 ratio). No ticket required for the ground supervisor. No adult access on Junior courses.
- Children (8–12 years): An adult is required to climb as a supervisor (1:4 ratio). A ticket is required for this adult.
- Teens (13–17 years): An adult supervising from the ground is required (1:10 ratio). Adults may purchase a ticket to climb as well.
- Valid ID or Passport.
- Mobile or Printed Voucher.
- Comfortable outdoor clothing.
- Fully enclosed shoes (required).
- Not wheelchair accessible.
- Requires a moderate level of physical fitness to navigate climbing obstacles.
- Your booking will be confirmed instantly.
- Cancellations made at least 1 day (24 hours) before the visit date are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the visit date are non-refundable (0% refund).
