This activity is not managed by Pelago, it was outsourced to Viator, might as well book with Viator directly. Furthermore, Pelago voucher does not have an direct QR code used for entry, it is Viator that will send a QR code to your email a few days before the show, but the QR code link that Viator sent didn't work at first, had to contact Pelago staff who in turn contacted Viator's staff to resend me the QR code link that finally worked 1 hour before the show started.
Not a wheelchair friendly place at all. Also difficult to board the ride outside the theater. Aside from that, the show was well worth it.
