Must Know
- Please select your intended pick-up date as the usage date when booking.
- The Tourist Octopus Card (HKD150 preloaded) does not include the HKD50 deposit. This must be paid separately at the pickup counter.
- A service fee of HKD11 will be deducted from the deposit when you return the card.
- Once the balance on the card reaches zero, you will need to recharge it at an MTR station or authorized outlet.
- Tourist Octopus Cards are valid only for one user; they cannot be shared across travelers for public transport.
- Refunds for card balances can only be processed at MTR service counters. Refunds are not available at airport counters.
- After refunding, the Tourist Octopus Card becomes invalid and cannot be used further.
- If you wish to keep your card after refunding, please request service at an MTR station service counter instead of the airport.
