－Pick-up and Return Instructions－
Pick-up
- Airport Pick-up: Present your booking confirmation email at the designated
airport counter on your departure date.
- Domestic Home Delivery: The device will be delivered to your designated
address one day before your departure (please ensure someone is available to
sign for it).
- Office Pick-up: Present your booking confirmation email at the GLOBAL WiFi
Taipei office one day before your departure.Return
- Airport Return: Please return the device to the designated airport counter
on your return date. If the counter is closed, you may use the return drop box
(please note that not all airport counters have drop boxes, so check before
applying).
- Domestic Home Delivery: Please drop off the device at a 7-11 or via T-Cat
by 5:00 PM on the day after your return. The return time is based on the
system log. Please note that late fees will apply for overdue returns.
- Office Return: Please return the device to the Taipei office by the day
after your return. If the counter is closed, you may use the return drop box.
－ Billing Rules －
- Rental Billing: Charged by the day, from the departure date to the return date.
*Please note that the selected pick-up date is your departure date; be sure to provide your flight information. - Overdue Billing: Original rental price of NT$399 x number of overdue days

- It needs to be used according to the reservation date and opening hours on the day. It will be invalid after the expiration date.
- Do not turn on the machine in a country other than your destination to avoid roaming charges.
- If you need to purchase a free mobile power supply, please be sure to click the "Purchase a free mobile power supply" option when applying. Otherwise, it will not be provided. Please be informed.
- Please pay attention to the time required for customs inspection and verification and the opening hours of the counter for machine pick-up.
- The WiFi model and equipment in the picture are schematic diagrams. The actual machine and accessory models will be subject to on-site pickup and actual shipment.
- If you apply for a non-all-you-can-eat plan, it is recommended to turn off functions such as automatic APP updates, automatic video browsing, cloud photo album synchronization, etc. to avoid heavy data consumption.
- If the item is not returned on the designated return date/or needs to be extended, please go to this KKday webpage to make a repayment by swiping your card, and provide the original order number in the order notes to speed up the process.
