The service is really great. The customer service is friendly and kind. From out from plane to clear custom is only 10mins. Waiting for luggage awhile but all good. He still brought us to where I have book the car.
The representative was standing and waiting for us right after we came out from the plane. We skipped an ultra super long queue. Guessed need to wait at least an hour to clear immigration if we didn't engage this service. The rep led us through their local lane and cleared the immigration in less than 10 minutes.
Great value for money, saved me at least an hour in customs alone, Staff was very helpful and made the process very easy and quick, I have gone though bkk at least ten times with no VIP service but will book it every time now
