(PDPA) By registering for and participating in 'Thavil's Sloppy Seconds', you consent to the collection, use, ando disclosure of your personal data by 'Thavil' for event administration, communication, and publicity purposes, including photography and videography that may be shared on official channels. You understand that by submitting the form you agree to the previously stated, and the following conditions.

2. All guests must be 18 or older and must provide a valid government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID) upon entry. The club reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone unable to provide valid identification.

3. Guests must behave responsibly; any disorderly, aggressive, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises.

4. Entry is subject to the club’s capacity and discretion, even with prior reservations.

5. Bag checks and security screenings may be conducted at entry.

6. Illegal substances, smoking/E-Cigrattes, weapons, and outside food or drinks are strictly prohibited.

7. The club practices a strictly no-drugs policy—possession or use of illegal substances will result in immediate ejection and legal action.

8. The organisers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

9. Any guest violating these terms will be removed without refund.
