Start in Cisternino, a romantic hilltop village counted among Italy’s most beautiful towns. After a short ride through its narrow lanes, you’ll head into the Itria Valley countryside on quiet roads framed by dry-stone walls, vineyards, and olive groves. The tour includes guidance and full assistance: a local escort manages the route, stops, and support along the ride, keeping the pace relaxed and enjoyable. Join with your own e-bike at no extra cost, or use an e-bike available on site with payment made locally (see “Exclusions”).

The route leads to a rare place where a winery and an olive mill coexist. You’ll learn how grapes become wine and how olives are transformed into extra virgin olive oil. If you wish, you can add an aperitif/tasting with local products and three glasses of wine. The winery and olive mill visits, as well as the tasting, are paid locally on site. You’ll return to Cisternino with an authentic taste of the Itria Valley’s flavors and traditions.
