【Ticketing and Admission】
- Children aged 5 and under may enter for free (a ticket is required if they occupy a seat).
- Only ticket holders may enter the paid viewing areas. After receiving a wristband, ticket holders can re-enter via designated gates.
- Passport checks may be conducted at the entrance to verify age.
- Tickets are valid only on the event day. Lost or damaged paper tickets will not be reissued after redemption—please keep them safe.
- Group attendees must enter together with the representative who made the booking. Individual check-in is not allowed.
- Entry is prohibited without a valid ticket.
- A parking ticket is required to use the designated parking area. One ticket per car. No free parking near the venue.
※Please note that tickets are non-transferable . All admissions within the same order must be redeemed together at once; partial redemption is not permitted.
【Transportation and Entry Tips】
- We recommend using shuttle buses or taxis to avoid traffic jams and parking issues.
- Do not drive to the venue unless you have purchased a parking ticket.
- Please arrive early. We recommend entering by 17:30 to avoid missing the show.
- Follow venue signage and staff instructions. Do not watch the fireworks from walkways or block others.
【Prohibited Items and On-Site Guidelines】
- Prohibited items: tents, parasols, large picnic mats, tables/chairs, pets, transportation devices (bicycles, skateboards, etc.), bottles/cans, generators, spotlights, fireworks, illegal items, or anything that obstructs views.
- No outside food allowed. Please use the food stalls inside the venue (skewers are not allowed on the beach area).
- Baby strollers are not allowed in the paid seating areas. Please leave them at the entrance.
- Umbrellas are allowed, but may be restricted if they block views or pose safety risks in strong wind. Follow staff instructions.
【Toilet Use Guidelines】
- Portable toilets are available but will be crowded. Please use restrooms before arrival.
- Toilet lines may be long before the fireworks begin. Plan ahead.
- Take your ticket with you when leaving your seat for the restroom, as checks may be conducted.
【Viewing Etiquette and Safety】
- Watch the fireworks only in designated areas. Do not sit in aisles or occupy others’ seats.
- Disruptive behavior or refusal to follow staff instructions may result in removal without a refund.
- The venue will be crowded—please hold children’s hands and don’t let them out of your sight. Lost items or persons cannot be announced during the show.
【Smoking, Drinking, and Emergency】
- Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. Smoking elsewhere is prohibited.
- Do not overdrink—intoxicated individuals may be asked to leave.
- Do not drive under the influence.
- An emergency tent with medical staff is available for injuries or health issues.
【Fireworks and Photography】
- Photography is allowed, but please do not obstruct the view of others.
- Tripods are allowed only in the designated photography area. Contact the organizer in advance to purchase a photographer’s seat.
- Firework debris or dust may fall—if it enters your eyes, rinse with water or visit the medical tent.
- If you find unexploded fireworks, do not touch them. Notify a staff member immediately.
【Cancellation and Refund Policy】
- The event will proceed even in the rain. Refunds are only offered in case of cancellation due to extreme weather or force majeure.
- No refunds if the show is canceled after the fireworks have started.
- No refunds for personal reasons such as canceled flights.
- Refunds will be processed by KKday.
【Drone and Filming Regulations】
- Drones are strictly prohibited inside or around the venue without permission. Violators will be reported to the police.
- Drone use may result in firework cancellation. Please comply with all rules.
【Additional Reminders】
- Photos and videos taken during the event may be used for media, reports, advertisements, or promotional content. Attendance implies consent.
- Trash bins are available. Please dispose of garbage properly.
- The organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or accidents inside or outside the venue.
- Illegal entry will be reported to the police and subject to compensation claims.
- Official merchandise cannot be exchanged or refunded unless defective.

- Round-trip Bus Ticket -
To ensure a smooth experience and protect the rights of all passengers, please read the following rules carefully. By completing your booking, you agree to all the regulations listed below:
【Purchase, Cancellation & Refunds】
- On or before March 10th, 2026: 100% full refund available.
- From March 11th, 2026: As vehicle dispatch and labor costs enter the final preparation stage, no refunds will be provided for any reason (including personal schedule changes, health issues, etc.). A 100% cancellation fee will apply.

【Meeting Info & Multilingual Support】
- Multilingual Guidance: Return trip locations will be announced on the outbound bus. Additionally, staff proficient in Japanese, Chinese, and English will be stationed at the venue to assist you.
- Digital Route Map: To prevent getting lost, FunNow Japan’s official Instagram (@funnow.jp) will post real-time Stories on the event day, providing a detailed walking route from the venue to the pick-up point. We recommend following us in advance.
【On-board Facilities & Seating】
- Seating Policy: This is an ""Open Seating"" service; no pre-assigned seating is provided. If you wish to sit with friends, we recommend arriving early at the meeting point.
- Restrooms: There are no restrooms on the bus. The journey takes approximately 60–90 minutes depending on traffic. Please use the restroom before boarding.
- Luggage & Strollers: You may bring carry-on luggage. Large items (e.g., suitcases over 20 inches) or strollers must be folded and stored in the luggage compartment under the bus. These items cannot occupy passenger seats.
【Statement on Return Trip Delays】
- Traffic Risk: Due to the massive scale of Ryukyu Kaiensai, severe traffic congestion near the venue is extremely likely during dispersal. The arrival time back at Shintoshin may be significantly later than scheduled.
- Travel Advice: We strongly advise not to schedule tight follow-up plans after the event (such as flights, long-distance buses, or time-sensitive restaurant reservations). The company shall not be held liable for any losses or compensation resulting from delays caused by traffic congestion. Please evaluate carefully before booking.
