Highlights
We started in Salento Quindío meeting point with the guide to board the transport that would take us to the Cocora Valley. Where our adventure will start walking through the artificial attractions with time for photos: The chieftain hand, butterfly, jeep, net, nest, Cocora signs, condor wings among others.
But hiking with guide to the mountain viewpoint with breaks to see and know through explanations and environmental interpretation the entire Cocora Valley and its lush forests of wax palms to descend to transport.
Finally, we make the route with the transport through the different coffee farms seeing the coffee plants and cultural landscapes until we arrive at the Buenos Aires farm, where we will be welcomed with a delicious peasant lunch and then dress up in typical costume and start with the collection, explanation of grinding, catchment among other stages of the tour to return new mind to Salento where the Pasadía ends.
Itinerary
Cocoratours, Valle del cocora
Dynamic walk to know the Cocora Valley with all its artificial attractions, natural with a wide visit and time for each of the places passing through all the photo parks but the real beauty in the valleys and viewpoints of wax palms and its beautiful landscapes of 360 degrees with its attractions like the big sign coconut, jeeps for photos, the nest, the maya, the hand of Acaime, photo platforms and much more ... After so much enjoying nothing better than the typical lunch (Rice, salad, giant patacón of the whole dish with trout, hogao plus lemonade) if you do not like fish you can replace it with beef, chicken chop or pork fillet (depending on the meat the dish may have variations). We will arrive at our destination farm the Buenos Aires coffee farm where we will start with the typical costume El Sombrero, poncho and basket to start the tour with all coffee processes, including planting, care, growth, coffee harvesting, pulping, drying and catchment in the middle of the tour you will have a peasant snack with Arepa with Hogao and lemonade. The Finca tour is premium and lasts approximately 2 to 3 hours.
