You will discover, step by step, how to prepare a perfect Tuscan lunch, from appetizers to desserts, including the art of making fresh pasta. You will learn how to cook different types of pasta such as ravioli, tagliatelle, and gnocchi.


The recipes will be provided to you after the lesson, making sure you can recreate Tuscan dishes in your home as well.

    DURATION: 3 HOURS A special place to discover the meaning and pleasure of two of the simplest but most important daily activities: cooking and eating. PROGRAM: Upon your arrival you will be greeted with a glass of Chianti and a magical view over the Tuscan hills with an enchanting view of Barberino Val D'Elsa ; It's time to get down to business! Meeting with our chef who will guide you in the preparation of a typical Tuscan lunch based on authentic and simple Tuscan recipes; At the end of the cooking class, you can finally relax in front of the magical panorama and enjoy the Tuscan lunch prepared by you.
