- Regarding the insurance content provided by this car rental plan -

• Disclaimer compensation: Disclaimer insurance including property compensation and vehicle compensation. If more than one accident occurs in a single car rental contract, only the first accident will be eligible for this exemption compensation.

• NOC compensation
  
  NOC compensation can exempt drivers from compensating the car rental company
  for business losses caused by the vehicle being unable to be rented out. If
  NOC compensation is not included, the following fees may be charged:
  
  1. If the driver can drive the vehicle back to the sales office by himself,
  20,000 yen will be charged
  
  2. If the vehicle is severely damaged and cannot be driven back to the sales
  office, 50,000 yen will be charged.

  driving without a license, or driving under the influence of drugs without

  4. Negligence in use and management, rough driving (deliberately causing
