• Due to its design, the venue's parking lot will inevitably become crowded when guests leave. Please use public transportation whenever possible when coming to the venue.

• In the event of severe weather such as strong winds, heavy rain, or thunderstorms, we may be forced to cancel the event. In particular, the decision to cancel due to strong winds may be made immediately before the event. No compensation will be provided in the event of cancellation due to bad weather. Please be aware of this if you are traveling from a distant location.
  

[Regarding Lantern Launch Tickets]

• The lanterns use LED lights, so even children can enjoy them safely.
• Please do not release the lanterns into the sky. This is because the venue is near an airport, and releasing them into the sky could lead to a serious accident. Therefore, for environmental reasons, the lanterns will be released with strings attached.
• The handle and string are integrated, and the handle itself acts as a weight, so even if you accidentally let go, the lantern will not fly away.
• We do not accept cancellations, date changes, or refunds after booking due to customer reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
• The release of the lanterns may be canceled or postponed, or some of the content may be changed, depending on the weather.
• In the event of postponement due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or the prevention of infectious disease spread, we will announce the decision on the ticket sales page and our company website.
• In the event of a postponement, your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled performance, so please keep them safe.
• This event will proceed even in light rain. Please note that the lantern specifications may be changed in such cases.
• There are no senior citizen discounts or disability discounts (for the person with a disability).
• We do not offer refunds for tickets purchased in error. Please check carefully before purchasing.
• Tickets purchased through private sales, auction sites, or ticket resale shops are not guaranteed to be valid. Furthermore, reselling tickets for profit is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
• We will not provide compensation for delays or non-arrival due to congestion, accidents, etc. Furthermore, we will not compensate for travel expenses or other costs in the event of cancellation or postponement due to bad weather.
• We will not reissue tickets that are damaged or lost, even if you have proof of purchase (ticket issuance certificate, receipt, or purchase screen).
• The event may be subject to change due to natural disasters (earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, etc.), war, terrorism, etc. In the event of cancellation due to such circumstances, tickets will not be refunded.
  

[Regarding entry and exit]

• The venue is scheduled to open at 12:00, lantern distribution to begin at 18:30, and the lantern launch at 20:00.
• If there are any changes to the schedule, we will announce them on the ticket sales page, official website, social media, etc., so please check regularly.
• Regarding departure, please be aware that due to the layout of the parking lot, there is significant congestion when exiting each year. We ask that only those who understand and accept this congestion come by car, and that all other visitors use public transportation whenever possible.
• The parking lot at Aeon Mall Sennan is not for this event. Parking at Aeon Mall Sennan for event attendance is strictly prohibited.
  

[Regarding the venue on the day of the event]

• If the planned number of lanterns to be launched is reached through advance sales, lantern sales on the day of the event may be canceled.
• Pets are allowed. We cannot provide pet-sitting services. Please keep your pet on a leash at all times.
• Elementary and junior high school students are not permitted to enter without a guardian. They must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Please refrain from viewing the event outside the designated area. Viewing is strictly limited to within the "SENNAN LONG PARK" grounds.
• There are no age restrictions.
• We may need to verify your purchase information. Please bring identification documents with you.
• Please be aware that this performance will be filmed and recorded, and there is a possibility that photos will be published in various media and videos will be used for commercial purposes. Attendees may be included in the photos and videos.
