(Regarding Railway Use)
Valid area: All 9 Osaka Metro lines.
・Cannot be used on Hankyu, Kitakyu, Kintetsu, or other companies’ lines.
・If you travel beyond the valid area, you must report it at the disembarking station and settle the fare in cash.
・When using trains, hold the QR code over the QR code-compatible ticket gate to enter and exit.
・Each ticket is valid for use by one person only. (Up to 4 people can use it on a single smartphone)
・In the event of an operational disruption, alternative transportation can be received only for tickets that have already started use and are within their validity period.
If the ticket cannot be displayed due to a malfunction of the device you are using, a dead battery, or unstable communication service, you cannot use the ticket. Please pay the fare separately before using the transport. Please note that any fares paid separately during the period when the ticket cannot be displayed cannot be refunded.
・Matters related to the use of tickets are subject to the transportation conditions and passenger business regulations of each company. (Regarding Preferential Facility Use)
Please present the ticket banner (image) to the facility staff. You will not be able to receive the discount if the ticket is before or after use, or if you are unable to present the ticket banner (image) due to any obstacles or other reasons.
・You may not be able to use the discount benefits if the facility is closed or due to obstacles preventing you from presenting the ticket banner (image). Please note that once the ticket has started use, refunds will not be provided for reasons such as being unable to receive the facility discount.
(Notes when purchasing multiple tickets)
If multiple tickets of the same type are purchased at once, they cannot be used individually, and all tickets will start use simultaneously. Therefore, please use all of them for the same itinerary. To use the tickets individually for multiple times, please purchase them separately.

For security purposes, you may be required to authenticate using a one-time password (OTP). If prompted, please follow the steps below: 1. Enter the email address to receive the OTP and press the send button. 2. Check that the OTP has been received by the email address set up in step 1. (The email containing the OTP will be sent from the domain “@linktivity.co.jp.” Please also check your spam folder just to be sure. If you can’t find it there, your email address may be incorrect. Open the URL for the usage screen from the voucher again and try again by entering your email address.) 3. Enter the OTP listed in the received email into the ticket screen and press the Confirm button. If you enter it correctly, the usage screen will be displayed. (Once OTP authentication is complete, the OTP will be sent to the email address you set. This email address cannot be changed, so please set an email address that can be confirmed locally on the day of use.)
