Catch and Cook, As the name suggests, is an experience where you will have the opportunity, with the help of our instructors, to learn how to catch and cook the richest thing our Ria Formosa has to offer, the delicious seafood. To whet your appetite, there's nothing like choosing one of the three nautical activities we have at your disposal: Surfing, Stand up Paddle (SUP), or kayaking. The experience is aimed at all levels of performance in any of the chosen activities. All equipment is included (surfboard or SUP, suit, lycra, kayak paddle, and vest), boat trip (if necessary), tasting of caught seafood, sparkling wine, as well as sports insurance.
