Experience Rif Pottery: A 2-Day Hands-On Workshop & Homestay Immerse yourself in the ancient art of Rif pottery with master potter Zhour while staying with a local family. Day 1: Clay Gathering & Hand-Building Take a scenic walk from Hicham’s homestay to meet Zhour, gathering clay with her trusty donkey. Learn traditional hand-modeling techniques and shape your own pottery. Day 2: Polishing, Decorating & Firing Refine your pieces with burnishing, natural pigments, and handmade brushes. Fire them in an open-air kiln using traditional fuels.
