Coromandel Zipline Tours offers a unique New Zealand zipline adventure and is
a must-do activity in The Coromandel. By joining us, you help support Driving
Creek’s not-for-profit mission to protect and restore native biodiversity.

Your adventure begins with a scenic railway ride through regenerating forest,
followed by eight thrilling ziplines through the canopy. Along the way,
discover how this once-logged landscape has been transformed into a thriving
hand-planted forest, home to regenerating kauri and kiwi.

Coromandel Zipline Tours is a family-friendly activity and takes up to 2 hours
and 30 minutes.

Please check that:

• Everyone in the booking is not over 120 kg.
• All children are 6+ years old.
• Children 13 and under are accompanied by an adult 17+ years old.
• You arrive 15 minutes prior to your tour time.

T emporary Travel Note

Just a heads-up, State Highway 25 (Thames Coast Road) will be closed from 29
October to 5 November while essential work is done on the Boundary Creek
Bridge. This means you won’t be able to travel between Thames and Coromandel
Town along the coast road during that time.

If you’re planning to visit Driving Creek during those dates, you’ll need to
come via the east side of the Coromandel Peninsula instead. You can check the

Our zipline tour is an adventure activity that operates in a natural
environment where unpredictable and uncontrollable events can occur that may
result in harm.

We have a comprehensive safety management system, that is audited by
AdventureMark and regulated by WorkSafe NZto meet New Zealand standards and
best practice for adventure activities. Despite these measures, we cannot
eliminate all risks. It is important that you are aware of the risks that may
lead to injury, serious harm, or death.

The hazards and risks include, but are not limited to falling from height,
zipline collisions, guide errors, slips and falls, entanglement, falling
debris as well as severe weather events, including thunderstorms, strong winds
and extreme temperatures.

Coromandel Zipline Tours will take all reasonably practicable steps to ensure
