The experience is horrible because Kepri Resort staff said that they have never accepted any customer from Pelago at all because Pelago has never been their partner!!! My friends and I , six of us felt cheated by Singapore Airlines. So much troubles Pelago gives us because we have to travel one and half hours and paid expensive can fare to reach the terminal only to find out that Pelago has issued QR codes when Kepri does not even have a QR code system and Kepri denied any tie up with Pelago
The QR codes sent by Pelago cannot be used because Kepri Coral Resort staff said that Pelago is never their partner.I felt cheated by Pelago. I was no choice but to change my plan to a day trip and to pay in cash. They are six of us and Pelago has caused us a lot of inconveniences cause Kepri Coral Resort does not recognise Pelago as a partner at all !
