Booking process was easy and communication with Zaki, my driver was excellent. He contacted me before I left home and throughout the process of my arrival. Zaki provided photos of where to meet which was an excellent idea. The car was clean and comfortable, and Zaki was both interesting and informative, but also gave me time to rest after a long day. Driver Regina was friendly, patient and accommodating. She took the initiative to contact us to ensure the booking and details were confirmed. During the journey, my daughter had to visit the toilet urgently and she made a detour without hesitation. She also provided some recommendations to visit KL. At the end of the journey, she gave the kids some gifts. That was a very sweet and nice gesture from the driver. It was a very pleasant and safe ride. We will engage her again if given the chance.
