our roastery in Hanoi. Guided by passionate local baristas, you’ll explore the
traditions, techniques, and flavors that make Vietnamese coffee a world icon.
1. What You’ll Do
- Discover the fascinating history of Vietnamese coffee, from colonial origins to its role in daily life today
- Learn professional brewing skills: pour-over, phin filter, and creative coffee cocktails
- Practice brewing and tasting 6 signature styles, including the famous egg coffee and coconut coffee
- Join the same session whether you choose the vegan or standard package, with separate coffee-making sets and ingredients prepared for each selected menu.
2. Coffee Menu Highlights
- Salt Coffee – An espresso layered with salted creamy milk foam.
- Egg Coffee – Thick and sweet egg cream atop dark coffee.
- Coconut Coffee – Smooth blend of coffee and coconut milk.
- Brown Coffee – Dark-roasted robusta mixed with sweetened condensed milk.
- Pour-over Coffee – A combination of sweetness and fruity notes using pour-over method.
- Coffee Cocktail – A signature mixture of coffee and Vietnamese traditional homebrew wine, capturing Vietnam’s creative spirit.

- Workshop Location: Local Beans Roastery, 75/173 Hoang Hoa Tham Street, Ba Dinh District
- Meeting Point: Please stand at the intersection with a big yellow sign that says “Bia Hoi Mau Dich”, we’ll be there to welcome you and guide you to our venue.
Hotel Pick-up/Drop-off service available within Hanoi Old Quarter area.
Duration: 3 hours
- Daily sessions available every 30 minutes from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
