Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
For safety reasons, we may conduct a physical measurement on the day. If you are unable to participate due to the measurement on the day, there will be no refund.
Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers. Jeans and boots are available for rental (fee required: jeans and boots 330 yen each (tax included), jeans and boots set rental 550 yen (tax included))
Pregnant women and those who have been drinking alcohol are not allowed to ride horses.
When riding, a staff member will always accompany you.
As the roads are not paved, the tour may be cancelled on the day of rain or the day after for safety reasons.
