Everything was organized. They picked us up at the agreed location and dropped us back after the tour. The guide (i forgot his name :0 was good. He speaks and explains clearly. He is approachable as well. It was an interesting activity. Maybe next time we will try the jetski tour of the mangrove activity. Free food also after the activity. Our original schedule was July 15 but because my husband got stomache ache so we had to reschedule. They were kind enough to allow it so I'm thankful for that.

Brilliant day, guide Won (not sure of spelling) and zak were superb very organised and knowledgeable. My wife and I needed assistance on and off boat and he really helped, he also treated a cut on my wife's foot. The mangrove was fascinating with the monkeys, snakes and mud skippers as well as the batcave

Mr. Fauzan was our driver cum Guide for this trip. I was picked up promptly at our hotel at 8.45am and we departed to pick up a few participants before heading to Kilim Geoforest Park. He was a really interesting guide who makes the whole trip fun explaining all the various sights along the way. During the mangrove trip, we have the chance to explore the bat cave, spotting wildlife such as monkeys and snake too. We even went to Eagle Watch which is part of our itinerary. We also have a stop over at Amin Floating Restaurant, a fish farm off Geoforest Park. He explained the various fisheries too and later we had our lunch there (included in the package). Definitely not the best lunch, but enough to fill your tummy. Instead of all fried, maybe it will be good if the restaurant can include sayur (stir-fried vege) as a side else it looks so dry. There was also a stopover at Tanjong Rhu Beach. Not the cleanest beach but definitely worth a short break after braving through rough seas. The trip came to an end at about 3pm and we were sent back to our hotels at about 4pm. Overall a fun trip.

I liked the tour itinerary and our tour guide was awesome but there were two points for which I am rating it low. 1) None of the passengers were provided with life jackets whereas most of the boats having passengers with life jackets.When enquired we were casually told that the captain is skilled and we wont required life jackets. Safety is number one priority and it cant be compromised. 2) After completing tour we had to wait for 1 hour at the jetty for the driver to pick up. Either the tour was cut short or there was coordination gap between the tour organisers. To summarise, this was my first time booking a tour with Pelago, it really needs to work with the organisers to bring up customer experience and safety to Klook level.
