Step 1 — Receive your QR voucher

Exchange within 90 daysGo to a redemption office (Warp/Green Window) at Takamatsu, Tokushima, Matsuyama, Kochi, Sakaide, Okayama (TiS), or Osaka (Warp Umeda). Kagawa Mini Pass can also be exchanged at Takamatsu or Sakaide. Vouchers are valid for exchange within 90 days of issue.Step 4 — Choose your start date
Consecutive daysAt exchange, select the first day of use. The pass will then be valid for the chosen duration (3/4/5/7 days or 2 days for Kagawa Mini) on consecutive days.Step 5 — Ride freely

Redeemed without issues at Matsuyama station. Do note that the pass only covers Non-reserved seat, but you can top up ¥1,200 for a Reserved Seat Commutation Ticket (set of 4). If you are going for that, note that is no need to indicate which reserved seat you want upon payment - they will give you four paper redemption tickets which you can bring to any station with the ticket counter to make a Reserved Seat reservation, good flexibility.
