• This product is only available from Pattaya and not from Bangkok.
• For your safety, please notify us in advance if you have heart disease or other medical conditions. If you participate without prior notice, your tour may be refused and no refund will be issued.
• The speedboat may cause backlash, so this tour is not recommended for those with back problems or infants.
  
• Please be especially careful about losing valuables, cash, and personal safety. We cannot assist with lost valuables. (If possible, please store valuables in the in-room safe. Please take photos of any valuables you store.)
  
• Those who choose not to participate in water sports during their journey to Coral Island must wait until others have finished. Parasailing is mandatory, and seawalking and playground activities require waiting according to the day's itinerary.
• For personal expenses, you only need to bring enough for snacks and tips.
  
• What to bring: Slippers or sandals, towel (you can rent a towel from the hotel), sunscreen, sunglasses, comfortable clothes or swimsuit *Wear a swimsuit underneath and something to cover your body on top.
• The maximum coverage limit for local accident insurance in Thailand is 500,000 baht. In the event of an accident, the insurance will cover hospital treatment costs, excluding any negligence. Treatment costs are paid directly to the local hospital, not in cash.
• The second Wednesday of every month is Beach Cleanup Day, designated by the Thai government. On this day, luggage storage and rest are permitted at nearby restaurants, rather than using beach umbrellas.
  
• When using marine sports, be sure to follow the instructions of safety personnel and pay attention to your personal safety.
  
• Activities included in the options are difficult to change.
  

【Meeting Information】

• The exact pickup time and vehicle number will be sent to you via KakaoTalk one day before your tour. When making your reservation, please be sure to provide a phone number or KakaoTalk ID where you can be reached.
• The knight's meeting will generally take place in the lobby. (However, please wait in the Bay Tower lobby for the Holiday Inn Hotel, the Chic Tower lobby for the Discovery Beach Hotel, the Tower Building lobby for the Zign Hotel, and the first-floor lobby for the Hilton Pattaya.)
• Additional charges may apply depending on your hotel location upon pick-up. These additional charges must be paid directly to your guide on-site.
• If you are not using the pick-up service, please arrive directly at Bali Hai Pier by 8:20 AM / 12:20 PM. ( Check Bali Hai Pier location )
• The tour company will provide information via KakaoTalk the day before the tour.
  
• Additional fees may apply for areas outside of Pattaya City. These fees must be paid directly to your guide on-site. (For additional pickup fees, please refer to [ Pickup Fees and Location Information ].)
• Hotel arrival time may vary slightly depending on local traffic conditions.
  
• If you are arriving at the pick-up location by bus, you can meet at either Trio Pattaya Hotel or J Pattaya Hotel, which are hotels near the terminal. (However, pick-up and drop-off are not available at Pattaya North Terminal.)

【Marine Sports Option Information】

• Children may participate in water sports when accompanied by a guardian or guide, but may be prohibited from participating if it is determined that the activity is difficult to perform on site.
• Playground (snorkeling, paddle boats, amusement rides) - Enjoy the amusement rides installed on the sea in a dedicated space, and enjoy paddle boats and snorkeling.
• Personal photography equipment is not permitted during sea walking.
  
• Parasailing (1 lap / approximately 3 minutes)
  - Children ride with a guide.
  - Those who weigh over 100 kg or have scars on their legs are not permitted to use the service.
  - If boarding is not possible on-site, a jet ski or banana boat may be used instead. (No refunds)

  - You will ride with a licensed guide.
  - We cannot provide assistance in case of an accident while using a jet ski without a guide.
  - If boarding is denied on site for safety reasons, a refund will be issued.
  
  
• Banana Boat (1 lap, takes about 15 minutes)
  - You can add marine sports options on-site, and pay in baht directly to the guide on-site.
  - On-site prices: Banana boat (about 5 minutes) 300 baht / Playground 300 baht / Jet ski (about 5 minutes) 400 baht / Sea walking (about 15 minutes) 500 baht / Parasailing (1 lap) 500 baht, (2 laps) 1,000 baht

* The on-site price is per person, and it is cheaper than the on-site price if you make a reservation in advance.
**For additional marine sports on the day, please pay in Baht directly to the guide.

• If water sports are not possible due to weather
  - If snorkeling is not possible due to bad weather or green algae, you can only use the playground without a separate refund.
  - If the tour is canceled due to weather conditions such as advisories or warnings, a full refund will be given. However, if the customer decides to abandon the tour without prior notice, no refund will be given.
  - Partial refunds will be provided for any water sports not used after the tour begins. (Parasailing: 200 baht / Jet Ski: 150 baht / Playground: 150 baht / Banana Boat: 100 baht / Sea Walking: 200 baht)
  

【Marine Sports Option Information】

• Regarding carrying a carrier
  - Luggage is not permitted. If you wish to bring your own luggage, please request it in advance. Luggage can be stored at Bali Hai Pier (100 baht per item, payable on-site).
  - Pick-up is by Songthaew vehicle. Large carriers (28-30 inches) may cause inconvenience to other guests, so we recommend reporting to the hotel lobby before the tour.
  
  
• Shower facilities
  - Shower facilities are separate from the tour package, and operation and fees may vary depending on the situation.
  - Prepare soap, shampoo, towels, etc. individually
  1) Shower room in Coral Island: 40 baht per person
  2) Bali Hai Pier Shower Room: Shower room 50 baht per person / Toilet 10 baht per person
