The overall service was good, finding the very location of the bus was a nightmare unfortunately. My wife and I walked several miles in all directions without success and the bus bays were located only after over an hour of searching, speaking to the locals and taking into consideration that I actually speak Italian. The locals were of poor assistance and the bus driver indicated that he has this level of issues with passengers frequently. SIGNEAGE and a better description of the floor level would help immensely.
