• Please provide the full name, age, and weight of all passengers at the time of booking. Failure to provide complete information may result in denied boarding.
• Weight restrictions apply as follows: up to 120 kg per seat; total aircraft weight limits are approximately 220 kg for 3-seater aircraft and 340 kg for 5-seater aircraft. Exceptions may apply depending on the aircraft, and boarding may be refused if limits are exceeded.
• A step approximately 20 cm high will be used to assist boarding.
• Insurance fees are included in the flight price. The insurance covers third-party and passenger comprehensive liability. This means if, due to accidental incidents related to the ownership, use, or operation of the aircraft, the insured is legally liable for bodily injury or death of third parties or passengers outside the aircraft, or damage to third-party property or passengers’ baggage outside the aircraft, the insurance will provide compensation.
• No complimentary shuttle service is available.
• Upon request, a chauffeured car can be arranged for an additional fee.
• Please note that additional orders on the day may incur extra charges.

• Children cannot board alone; at least one adult must accompany them.
• Children under 2 years old (under 3 years) may ride on an adult’s lap free of charge. However, their age and weight must be provided.
• Only one lap child is allowed per adult, and seating is restricted to the rear seat.

• Flights may be canceled due to bad weather, maintenance, or other operational reasons. In general, flights are canceled in cases of rain or poor visibility. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
• Flights may also be canceled due to mechanical issues. We appreciate your understanding, and a full refund will be provided in these situations as well.
