• The activity provider will contact you before the activity date to confirm the pick-up time and location.
• Pick-up time: 15-45 minutes prior to the meetup time, depending on your pick-up location
• This is a shared transfer and early or late pick-up may not be possible.

• Main Beach
• Surfers Paradise
• Broadbeach

• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• For customers not using the pick-up service, the meeting point will be at 8 Casino Drive, Broadbeach Island, Broadbeach. (between 3:30AM to 5:00AM)

Participants must be at least 3 years old and above.

Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 24 hours.

A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 2 days before the date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 2 days before the date of selection.
