Pretty much seamless. There are many counters to exchange the e-voucher for a physical ticket. You'll need to go to the one nearest to the bus stop of the bus number you're taking.
The bus ride to the city was comfortable and stress free! The pick up point was easy to locate. Will purchase again the next time we visit Seoul.
This was a breeze! The bus limousine was a great way to travel into the city. Did not have to worry about bringing our heavy luggages up and down on the trains. It was easy to use, the bus driver scanned the QR code in the ticket from Pelago!
