We will focus on developing your somatic awareness through anatomy-based sequences such as breath flow exercises, gentle movement, and relaxation. We will use this grounding experience to guide you into a meditative state to channel images, memories, and intuitions from your subconscious.
When you emerge from your dreamtime journey, your facilitator will help you integrate the information channeled during the session to create a truly meaningful transformation in your life.
The whole process will be recorded in your own dreamtime journal so that you can continue to benefit from your session in the days to come.
