Naltar is a valley near Gilgit, Hunza and Nomal in the Gilgit–Baltistan region of Pakistan. Naltar is 54 kilometers from Gilgit and can be reached by jeeps. Naltar is a forested region known for its dramatic mountain scenery. Ski competitions are held at Naltar ski resort.

Altit Fort: Altit Fort is another historical gem in Karimabad. It is one of the oldest forts in the region, dating back over a thousand years. Explore its architecture and enjoy the spectacular vistas it offers. Karimabad Bazaar: Stroll through Karimabad bustling bazaar to experience the local culture and shop for traditional handicrafts, gemstones, and souvenirs. It's an excellent place to interact with locals. Hunza Valley Viewpoint: There are several viewpoints around Karimabad that provide breathtaking vistas of the Hunza Valley, including Rakaposhi and Ultar Sar peaks. The most famous viewpoint is Duikar, which is accessible by jeep or a short hike.

Drive to Khunjerab National Park: Continue your journey towards Khunjerab National Park, the highest national park in Pakistan, located at the border with China. The drive from Sost to the park entrance takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Explore Khunjerab National Park: Once you reach the park, explore its beautiful landscapes, including the vast meadows and wildlife. If you're lucky, you might spot some wildlife like ibex or marmots. China Border: If possible, visit the actual China-Pakistan border at Khunjerab Pass, which is a short drive from the park entrance. It's a unique experience to stand at the border with China. The highest point of the area is Too Popdan, at an altitude of 6,106 metres (20,033 feet) above sea level, also known as “Passu Cones” or “Passu Cathedral”. On the Northern side of the Passu village are Passu-Sar, Shispare-Sar and Batura Glaciers.

Saiful Muluk is a mountainous lake located at the northern end of the Kaghan Valley, near the town of Naran in the Saiful Muluk National Park. The lake is a source of the Kunhar river. At an elevation of 3,224 m above sea level, the lake is located above the tree line, and is one of the highest lakes in Pakistan.
