Very good and easy, driver is very nice
Excellent choice. Might not be cheaper than your regular GRAB or taxi, but no stress about looking for a ride. The driver there on time, very courteous and even held out a signboard with my name on it. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Plus, I get Krisflyer miles as well!
Relatively easy, although had to single out my name in a wall of what looked like over 50 bookings. Once that was done, it was smooth.
It's a scammed. They have hidden fee, extra charge during christmas and new year eve. They didn't mention about that when i booked the car. And also pelago customer service is so slow response.
The driver seem to be fatigue by the lack of sleep. He was driving erratically and a number of drivers were blowing their horn at him. He seems to have difficulty staying awake whilst driving .I was so thankfully when i reach the airport.
There was no communication until the date of departure. I was trying to find a way to get in touch with the driver with limited information, and based on the number provided, I couldn’t WhatsApp call the driver until Pelago provided a number that I could use. I was checking on the traffic conditions as it was quite bad, so I wanted to see if the driver could arrive half an hour earlier. The Pelago agent I chatted with was very unhelpful, simply stating that they usually have fixed schedules. As I explained, I had a bad experience with the transport company, as I waited for almost half an hour for pickup at the airport last Friday. So how does this justify their so-called planning? The Pelago agent should have at least offered to check instead of just saying that changes are usually not possible. At the very least, they could have checked rather than relying on assumptions. So what is the benefit of this service? Isn’t it easier and more convenient to just book a Grab instead? Then what is the benefit of paying more to arrange transport in advance?
