One of the worst services! After booking with them on pelago/viator i received a message asking to pay extra lkr 4,000 due togas prices- they charged higher depending on the kind of hotel you are staying. Secondly i had informed them that we have 3 suitcases and 1 carry on-during the day of the booking- the driver came to us at 7 am shocked and said we should have booked an SUV. I explained we were in SRI lanka for 7 days touring with the same luggage in the same sedan car. Our suitcases fit properly- he was arguing that it wouldn't. I then took it to myself to show him how to load it and guess what? Everything fit properly! He became embarrassed and proceeded to Colombo airport. The company messaged me on whatsapp stating I didnt inform them- but in fact i tagged my message to them the day before which informed them of our suitcases qty for 2 pax. The service claimed professional driver and bottled water- no water was given or provided.
