- Attractions are seasonal: Dec 1 – Mar 31 includes Ken & Mary Tree and Shikisai no Oka; Apr 1 – Nov 30 includes Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls.
- Weekend and holiday traffic may delay the return time beyond 8:00 PM; please avoid booking follow-up transport or activities.

The tour itinerary differ from the itinerary listed in the booking website. The tour agency didn’t inform on the cancellation to the waterfalls, it was only inform on the actual day by the tour guide. Also, for the beie trees, the booking website did not inform them the trees were already chopped off, and that the tour bus will only drive pass without allowing participants to go down to take photo. All these information were only briefed by the tour guide on the actual day. If these information were informed by the tour agency beforehand, would’ve cancelled this tour and book on other tours instead.
Guide Rita was really friendly and informative. She was making sure that we were not missing the highlights of the tour and making the best of the trip. Though we did not get to see the ningle terrace due to snowstorm, it was still a good tour.
Did not visit shirahige water falls at all, though it was in the iterinary Understand that ningle terrace might be crowded. But the guide skipped many places It was pointless to take this package The guide did not even enter the asahiyama zoo. He just let us explore and there was only 1.5hours in the zoo. We missed the penguins , seals, polar bears Other guides on klook, come inside the zoo with you and take people around Very unsatisfactory experience. Please book on klook
Itinerary changed without prior information. Despite of going to natural tourist place, this agent brought us to the souvenir shop and amusement park, which required us to pay more if we want to pay inside the park.
