- Pour-over coffee
The meal at Tam Vi (60 to 90 minutes)
Your guide takes you from the roastery to the restaurant. The set menu is for
2 to 3 guests sharing. Choose one:
- Huu Thanh set: green mango salad with dried shrimp, braised fish, fried tofu, stir-fried morning glory, sweet and sour pork rib soup, crispy pork rinds with fish sauce, salted eggplant, rice
- Trung Bac set: fresh spring rolls with shrimp and pork, caramelized pork with eggs, tofu in green onion sauce, steamed vegetables with shrimp paste, crab soup with Malabar spinach, roasted peanuts, salted eggplant, rice
Extra dishes and drinks are paid at the restaurant.

We had a wonderful experience with both the Vietnamese coffee workshop and the Michelin dining experience in Hanoi! Lin was a fantastic teacher for the coffee workshop. We really enjoyed learning about Vietnamese coffee and how to prepare the base coffee drink and a few other recipes. It was a fun and hands-on experience! Valerie then accompanied us to the Michelin-starred restaurant, Tam Vi, and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. She was warm and helpful, and we appreciated her guidance throughout the experience. Both Lin and Valerie made the day special in their own ways. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi who wants to explore Vietnamese coffee culture and enjoy an authentic Michelin dining experience!
