Highlights
During the tasting menu, the mission of our cuisine is to convey the richness of the island of Krk on every plate we serve. Menu is adapted continually, depending on the freshness and seasonality of the produce. The ‘Bridge’ menu serves as a medium for the guests to develop a connection to our home island and to relish in the abundance of its sea, woods and Mediterranean plants.
In crafting this menu, local ingredients have been connected with cooking techniques as well as influences that crossed over from neighboring cuisines. The guests have a beautiful view of our olive grove and the sea while dining.

Itinerary
Wellness & Spa VILA ROVA
Guests will be served a 6 course tasting dinner, where each course is accompanied with a carefully selected local wine ideally complementing each dish. The tasting menu is created around local ingredients sourced on the island of Krk. Every tasting menu starts with an acorn flour brioche (ode to our Krk municipality Dubašnica, dub=oak), olive oil from olives grown in Vila Rova garden and home made salt from Malinska bay. Every dish is developed to showcast the best of Krk gastronomy and tells a special story of connection between local fishermen, foragers and shepards and our guests.
