Itinerary
Authentic Thai Cooking, Krabi
We will pick you up from your hotel and head to our school to learn and see some of greens, You all will enjoy to cook and eat in a very traditional Thai family style in the organic kitchen garden with a unique and individually hands-on method will taught you by dedicated instructor and everyone will get a PDF version recipe book online. After wrap up and answer the question we will take you back to your hotel with a safe trip. Choose from: 1.Appetizer – Deep-fried spring rolls (everyone prepares this). 2.Stir-fried Dish – Fried rice with chicken, Pad Thai, or fried chicken with holy basil. 3.Soup – Hot & sour prawns soup, chicken in coconut milk soup, or local hot & sour chicken soup. 4.Curry Paste – Green curry, Pha Naeng, or Kao Soi curry paste. 5.Curry – Cook your chosen curry with chicken. 6.Dessert – Sweet sticky rice with mango (everyone prepares this). Enjoy cooking and dining in a traditional Thai family setting in our organic garden. Learn through a hands-on method taught by dedicated instructors. At the end, receive a PDF recipe book to recreate your dishes at home. After wrapping up and answering questions, we will return you safely to your hotel.

We were picked up from our hotel to the venue. Mac was patient and knowledgeable and explained all the ingredients and some Thai traditions. The dishes were super tasty and easy to cook. We also got tips on how to store the ingredients. And lots of pictures :) our group really enjoyed the event.
This was a first class experience. We were picked up from our accommodation by Gataii and Mai and then taken to the food market where we were given a tour and watched and learned as all of our ingredients were purchased. At the cooking school we chose our dishes, and with expert help from Gataii, cooked a sensational 5 course Thai lunch. The food was extremely tasty! Meanwhile Mai was taking sneaky photos of the whole activity which were sent to us free of charge after we were returned to our hotel. Overall an experience not to be missed and highly recommended.
