Purchase Notice
- Only foreign guests aged up to 59 and weighing under 120 kg are eligible to participate.
- Guests who are flying on the same day cannot sign up for the Diving and Fun Diving itineraries
- Elementary school students must be accompanied by their parents, while middle school students and minors require a consent form signed by their family members
- We can provide Chinese or English support, but availability may vary. If needed, please inform us in the comments when making a reservation. As foreign language instructors are arranged externally, a waiting period of approximately 2–5 days may be required. Thank you for your understanding.
- When registering, please provide the name, age, height, weight, and foot size of all participants
- Prescription diving goggles for myopia are available. If needed, please inform us of the degree in 0.00 units; otherwise, we will not be able to provide them. Due to limited availability, the prescription may not fully meet guest needs. It is recommended to wear disposable contact lenses
- Regarding rental equipment cost for participants over 100 kg:
- To ensure safety and comfort, participants over 100 kg must rent plus-size equipment for the following activities and will be charged an additional JPY2400:

※ Explore Dive: Plus-size wetsuit and BCD (Buoyancy control device) - To ensure the health and emotional stability of the whale sharks, scuba diving and fun diving activities will not enter the enclosure where the whale sharks are kept. Instead, observation will take place from outside the net. Snorkeling will be conducted above the net (on the sea surface). Thank you for your understanding.
- The Fun Diving itinerary does not include diving equipment. If needed, please inform us in advance and pay an additional JPY3,200 on-site
- Guests participating in Fun Diving must bring a diving license and have more than 10 diving experiences after acquiring the diving license; 1 of the dive must be within the past 6 months. Please inform us of the number of previous diving experiences when registering; otherwise, the reservation will not be accepted. Additionally, guests must bring their diving license on the day of participation. If it is discovered on the day of participation that the the guest does not meet the qualifications, they will not be able to participate in the activity, and no refund will be provided.
- The whale shark activity provider operates daily from 09:00 to 15:00 Japan time. If you need to change or cancel your booking, please be sure to submit your request within the operating hours mentioned above. Requests made after operating hours will be processed on the next business day.
Reminders
In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
