Do read my review before u book To be fair, The guide, 小 Yan, was very helpful and helped us to take photos. She is the only guide who along the bus ride, introduced Hokkaido, its specialities and provided other nuggets of info Noberibetsu, Lake Toya and Mt Uru was also breathtaking scenery. Like wow~ WHY ONE STAR: Wait wait and wait. To PELAGO: if the tour doesn’t offer Option C, the steamboat, you shouldn’t even include it as an option. It was removed abruptly and became a snowmobile ride only. This costs about 20000yen if we chose to participate. In the end, we did nothing for 1.5hrs when the others went for snowmobile. Snowmobile ride was for 1hr, supposed to be at bus by 4pm. We arrived at 4pm, dozed off and woke up at 430pm, the others still yet to come back! We only moved off around 445pm and there was no explanation!! Told us to arrive earlier, 740am instead of 750. We arrived at 730am, bus only came at 815am. Waited 45min in the -8 degree weather In total: wasted almost 2.5hrs. Horrid.
