Mai and the team from Kohala is super amazing and extremely helpful. Very honest too as I booked a higher rate for car pickup which Mai pointed out to me. Since it was a hassle to cancel and rebook, she basically just deduct it off from the subsequent car transfer. The customer service is definitely top notch. Pickup at airport was extremely smooth, communication via watsapp was quick and clear! And all the car transfers that we booked during our trip were prompt, efficient and clean! I told her I'll definitely recommend their pickup and tour services to everyone and will highly rate their services on all the platforms!

Good: driver was patient, as my flight arrived late due to unforeseen delays. Car condition was good, pretty comfortable. Bad: very bad, driver had no idea which hotel i was supposed to be dropped at. As if I (a foreigner) have to help him (a local) look for correct place, and my phone had zero roaming reception and can’t even help much. This one’s hard to be forgiven no matter how good the other services. Maybe should just take Grab or local taxi
