2. Services required between 22:00 and 07:00 will be charged overtime pay of 200 yuan.

3. Free airport pick-up with sign and assistance with hotel check-in.

4. Child safety seats are not provided.

5. Quoted prices are valid only on the day of purchase. Please contact customer service to use the service. Silent orders placed through self-service are invalid.

6. The driver will provide service according to the order details. If there are any discrepancies in the order information, please be sure to notify customer service in advance. If you fail to notify us in advance, the driver has the right to refuse service.

7. If the address you selected cannot be reached due to transportation factors, delivery will be made to the nearest location as appropriate.

8. For international flights, it is generally recommended to arrive at the airport 3 hours in advance. Please arrange your departure time accordingly for airport drop-off.

9. Please provide the accurate number of passengers, luggage, and their dimensions so that we can provide you with a suitable vehicle recommendation. The default luggage size standard included in the package is 24 inches.
