【Notes for High-speed Boat and Ferry Packages】

• The meeting point for the high-speed boat and ferry is the first-floor lobby of the Naha Tomari Port Terminal. Please confirm the meeting location and time before booking.

  
  

• After checking in, staff will provide you with your round-trip tickets. Please keep them safe and board the vessel on your own.

  
  

• As the boarding area is a short distance from the check-in counter, please ensure you arrive on time. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals due to personal reasons.

  
  

• The ferry company only announces the daily sailing status at 08:00 on the day of the activity. Additionally, we must confirm with staff on the island whether activities can be conducted safely. Therefore, the activity may be cancelled on the day itself. If you do not receive any specific notification, the trip will proceed as scheduled. Please keep an eye on your messages before departure. 【Notes for Special Boat Package】

• There is no storage space available at the meeting point, on the special boat, or on the island shuttle bus. Please do not bring suitcases or large luggage to the activity.

  
  

• The minimum group size is 10 adults. If the minimum number of participants is not met, the activity will be cancelled, and you will be notified no later than one day before the trip.

  
  

• If you and your companions book separately, please be sure to use the same representative name or inform us of all booking numbers in the message box in advance to avoid being assigned to different boats on the day of the activity. Please be aware that if you do not inform us in advance, you may be assigned to different boats, and adjustments cannot be made on-site.
