A private five hour London street photography experience for a maximum of two guests, beginning in the refined surroundings of an exclusive members’ club. The day starts with a review of your existing photographs over coffee and a discussion of your individual style, strengths and photographic ambitions. We then move onto the streets of London for practical, highly personalised tuition focused on composition, timing, light, gesture, anticipation and visual storytelling. Rather than following a conventional sightseeing route, the experience is shaped around finding stronger images and learning to recognise the moments worth photographing. You will work on seeing relationships between people and place, simplifying busy scenes, using geometry and background effectively, and photographing people with greater confidence and discretion. Designed for photographers who already understand the basics of their camera, the emphasis is on developing a more critical and intuitive photographic eye rather than technical instruction. After the session, you may submit a selection of your strongest images for detailed personal critique, extending the learning beyond the day itself.
