Take Rapid KL bus 253 from Putra LRT Station or bus 220 from Lebuh Ampang KL. Get off at Wangsamaju stop, then take a taxi to the zoo.
Take the Kelana Jaya metro line to Wangsa Maju Station. From there, take a taxi to the zoo.
