－ Service Introduction －
1. Duration: 5-8 hours
2. Driver Language: Japanese (Chinese translation assistance is available for
phone communication with the driver; translation apps are sufficient for
general communication)
3. Departure Time: The driver will wait at the designated location before the
agreed departure time. If departure is delayed due to personal reasons, the
time will still be counted from the agreed start time, so please plan your
schedule accordingly!
4. Departure/End Location: Generally at the cruise terminal or your
hotel/B&B;, but other locations can be specified upon request.
5. Service Hours: 08:00 - 20:00
6. Note: The driver will not accompany passengers into scenic areas.

• Please be sure to leave your LINE ID or WhatsApp number when ordering (after leaving your LINE ID, please enable the "add friend" function so that our local staff in Japan can contact you promptly).
• If the actual usage exceeds the service time, the fee is 5,000 yen/hour for 5 seats and 8,000 yen/hour for 10 seats. Please pay the driver before getting off the vehicle. The time is based on the scheduled pick-up time and the time of getting off at the end of the trip.
• If you have a lot of large luggage, we recommend booking a suitable vehicle type to accommodate all your luggage. Any additional costs incurred due to not meeting the recommended passenger and luggage capacity for the vehicle type will be borne by the passenger.
• Customized (customized itinerary) travelers please note: For trips to Tamatorisaki, a minimum of 6 hours of private charter car is required; for trips to Hirakubosaki, a minimum of 7 hours of private charter car is required.
